ADBuzz. provides outdoor advertising solutions through LED displays installed on auto rickshaws across Siddipet. Our services include:

• Advertisement display on auto rickshaws
• Location-based transit advertising solutions

2. Campaign Booking & Confirmation

• A campaign is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on duration, locations, and pricing.
• ADBuzz. reserves the right to accept or reject any campaign request.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance/full/partial) will be agreed upon before campaign start.
• Campaign execution may begin only after the agreed payment is received.
• Delays in payment may result in delay or suspension of campaign.

4. Advertising Content Policy

• The client must ensure that all content provided is owned or legally authorized for use.
• Content must not violate any laws, copyrights, or public standards.

ADBuzz. reserves the right to reject or remove any content that is:

• Illegal or misleading
• Offensive or inappropriate
• In violation of copyright or trademark laws

5. Campaign Delivery & Compensation

ADBuzz. aims to deliver campaigns as per agreed schedule. However:

• In case any ad display is missed due to technical or operational issues, compensation will be provided by extending the campaign for an equivalent duration.
• Compensation applies only to verified missed display time.
• Extension will be scheduled based on availability and operational feasibility.

6. Service Limitations

• Due to the nature of transit advertising, continuous or uninterrupted display cannot be guaranteed at all times.
• Minor interruptions caused by traffic, maintenance, weather, or external factors will not be considered service failure.

7. Proof of Execution

• ADBuzz. may provide proof of campaign execution through images, videos, or internal tracking data.
• Final validation of campaign delivery will be based on ADBuzz.'s internal records.

8. Use of Media & Promotions

ADBuzz. may use campaign visuals (ads displayed) for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide final ad creatives on time
• Ensure accuracy of content
• Approve campaign details before launch

Any delay from the client side may impact campaign timelines.

10. Cancellation & Modifications

• Any cancellation or change must be communicated in advance.
• Charges or adjustments may apply depending on campaign stage.

11. Liability

• ADBuzz. is not liable for indirect losses such as business loss, revenue loss, or missed opportunities.
• Our responsibility is limited to the value of the agreed campaign.

12. Legal Compliance

• All services are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Both parties agree to comply with local advertising and media laws.

13. Changes to Terms

ADBuzz. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
